Designed and administered a data quality process to assess critical components of regulatory reports and identify areas for quality improvement. Developed data model business taxonomy with a working group from business areas. Developed data model training course for new data modelers.
In the Application Infrastructure and Middleware Group
Managed project which eliminated and replaced 30-year-old Cobol applications, saving $14 million in annual run rate. Migrated legacy application to more agile Java platform.
Implemented a new messaging system, involving moving 7,000 publishers and 8,000 subscribers to new platform. Developed a support infrastructure for new system utilizing offshore resources.
Implemented new Swift infrastructure in accordance with Industry migration to a new distributed platform
In the Wealth Management Group
Developed new products, including mutual fund supermarket, checking, and debit cards. Developed new trade booking system for equity and fixed income. Implemented new margin system. Developed new cash management system. Led the user acceptance process.
